Gift for Residents: Additional $20 Off

As for our residents, you can receive an additional $20 off. The $20 will be reduced from your rent when you provide us an Urban Air receipt. Note, only one discount may be applied per household. The receipt must be dated for the month of August, 2018 and be given to us by August 31, 2018. Residents can use both the Urban Air Discount and the Additional $20 off. This promotion ends August 31, 2018.
