We had an employee who was having a bad day.
Her supervisor noticed something was wrong and asked what the matter was about.
Although the supervisor’s day was busy and could have easily done nothing, the supervisor paused. Together, they worked to resolve the employees’ issue.
Afterwards, the employee was much appreciative.
To most, this is something that goes unnoticed. It happens every day. We get wrapped up in our own worlds and don’t pay attention to those that need a helping hand.
Take charge and define your character.
I was more impressed with this supervisors’ actions than their title or position.
