In our society, we are more mindful about how we spend our money than our time.
Except, time is something that we cannot buy or refill.
When we get caught up in the day-to-day routines it’s important to make each day count.
Except, how do you make the day count?
On a day that counted, one might do more of what they love.
They might be with people who they chose to be with.
They might have done something meaningful.
Or, they might be focused on their own self-awareness and emotions.
You’ll know that a day ‘counted’ and another day didn’t because you spent less time doing things you dislike.
Travel, read a book, exercise, try something new, take a class, etc. Find time for yourself each day. Something to get yourself closer to your life goals.
Teach, encourage, give, etc. Help others get closer to their life goals. When you help others, they will want to help you in return. This cycle will come back to you many times over.
When our life is structured around what we’re passionate about, every day will count on its own.
