Even after taking that first step, people will often times stop. Yet, every step taken immensely enhances the value of the first step.

Progress hardly ever comes in a straight line. There maybe be times when one needs to take a step back or take a different path, it’s ok. Just because you can’t see the results, it doesn’t mean that the effort was wasted. Sometimes that hardest thing about change is being patient.

With any goal in life it’s important to plan and break it down into smaller, more attainable steps. Like an airplane reaching its final destination, you need to plan, act, and modify your approach along the way. It’s easier said, and sometimes far harder to implement.
