Settling into a new job isn’t easy.
Moving to a new location, isn’t easy.
Every successful person out there has failed, tried, and been tested.
If actors/actresses, artists, entrepreneurs, musicians, and billionaires didn’t stop, why should I?
Why should you?
It’s okay to recognize things as hard, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that we should give up.
“It’s going to be hard, but hard is not impossible.”
The dictionary is the only source where you’ll see success come before work. Meaning, we first need to work hard.
These people are successful because they made the choice not to let tough times stop them.
They don’t take comments personally; Instead, they use them as fuel towards their success.
Success depends on us. Given we are passionate about what we’re doing, we can learn anything we want, master any trade, and choose where we want to go.
Rather than crossing opportunities off, make new ones.
Think about the reward(s) of accomplishing whatever it is – whether it be personally, financially, emotionally, physically, relationally, etc.
Choose to do the difficult things over the easy ones because often the challenges we face make us stronger. We discover skills and abilities we didn’t know we possessed.
“The impossible is often the untried.” Jim Goodwin
Try, and soon enough you will be accomplishing things you once thought impossible.
