A popular complaint is that time is moving either too slow or too fast.
Somedays your schedule might be filled with things to do that you don’t have enough time to get it all done.
Other times, you’re counting down the minutes until your home, graduate, retire, etc.
While time is a constant, it’s sometimes unpredictable.
Things seem to sometime pop up out of nowhere.
Maybe you woke up this morning knowing exactly what your day would consist of but end up doing things you never saw coming.
While it can be disappointing when our expectations and assumptions are different than reality, but it’s important to not get discouraged.
"The darkest hour is just before dawn.”
Just because things may not happen as planned (by you), doesn’t mean that it still isn’t the plan.
There’s this saying that “the universe has bigger plans than we do ourselves” Kiva Schuler.
That’s because, everything happens on its own.
Take our breath for example. It’s something that happens relatively on its own.
The seasons? They change on their own time.
Paying off debt? That’s something that happens over a course of time, same with weight loss, promotion, pregnancy, and love.
“Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet” Aristotle.
Whatever you’re working on, whatever you’re working towards, your time will come.
The key is to keep working. To keep trying and to keep moving forward.
“Everything will be okay in the end. If it’s not okay, it’s not the end” John Lennon.
Ultimately, as long as you’re putting in the effort, you’ll achieve success.
No matter how slow or small it feels, these little efforts add up.
A couple months from now you can be in a completely different place, emotionally, physically, monetarily and/or spiritually.
Trust the process, don’t rush the process.
